YouTube videos can be added to the following locations, by logging into your website’s CMS:

•  About Us page
•  Program category pages
•  Program pages

When copying a YouTube URL into the CMS, it’s important to make sure that you copy the embed URL, not the video’s regular URL from your web toolbar. Here’s how you can find the embed url for your YouTube videos:

On your video’s YouTube page, underneath the video player, click Share > Embed. In the embed code that appears below, copy only the URL that appears in quotation marks after “src=” (see highlighted text shown in example above). Paste the embed URL into the desired section of your CMS (see section-specific directions below).

ABOUT US PAGE

In the CMS toolbar, click About > About Us. Under “IMAGE OR VIDEO,” make sure “Video” is selected. Paste your embed URL into the box labeled “YOUTUBE VIDEO.”

PROGRAM CATEGORY PAGE

In the CMS toolbar, click Our Programs. Hover your mouse over the desired program category and click the Edit button once it appears.

Scroll down and paste your embed URL into the box labeled “YOUTUBE VIDEO.”

PROGRAM PAGE

In the CMS toolbar, click Our Programs. Click the category where the program is located, then click the Edit button next to the program’s name.

Under “IMAGE OR VIDEO,” make sure “Video” is selected. Paste your embed URL into the box labeled “YOUTUBE VIDEO.”

Note: There is an example in light grey text below the YouTube video URL box in the CMS, to show you the correct formatting for an embed URL.
