To edit a program page, log into the CMS using the user name and password you were given. In the CMS toolbar, click Our Programs. Click the category where the program is located, then click the Edit button next to the program’s name (see screenshot below).
The program content in the CMS consists of several different components, each of which is outlined below:
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The first section in the program page is the program description. The program description appears on the corresponding category page for that program (i.e. Children’s Programs). Below are screenshots showing each of the description components in the CMS, along with their corresponding location on the front end of your website.
Description images should be sized to 350×415 pixels, and can be saved in either PNG or JPEG format. If you wish to use an image with a transparent background, it should be saved as PNG.
PROGRAM HEADER
The next section in the CMS is the program header. The program header appears at the top of the program page. Below are screenshots showing each of the header components in the CMS, along with their corresponding location on the front end of your website.
Program page header images should be sized to 346×470 pixels and saved in PNG format with the background cut away. Be sure to avoid using images where the subject is cropped.
On each program page, you have the option to add a larger header image or video, if desired. If you do not wish to use either one, then leave this area empty. To add an image, made sure the “Image” button is selected. Images for the video/image area should be sized to 937×528 pixels and saved in either PNG or JPEG format. If you wish to use an image with a transparent background, it should be saved as PNG.

PROGRAM ROW
The next section in the program page is the program row. Below are screenshots showing each of the program row components in the CMS, along with their corresponding location on the front end of your website.
To upload an image for a program row, click the “Choose File” button below that row’s description. Program row images should be sized to a maximum width of 600 pixels, and can be saved in either PNG or JPEG format. If you wish to use an image with a transparent background, it should be saved as PNG.
To change the background color for a program row, click into the “Background Color” box, where you may either enter a hexadecimal (6 digit) color code, or choose from additional color options. If entering your own color code, be sure to include the “#” before the 6 numbers.
To add additional rows at the bottom, click the “Add More” button above row one. To delete a row, click the “Delete Row #X” button above that row’s title.
When you have completed all of your desired changes, be sure to click the red “Save” button at the bottom of the program page.
