First, login to your Braintree “Production” account.

On the top menu, place your cursor over “Account”, then click “My User”.
Scroll down to API Keys, Tokenization Keys, Encryption Keys, and click “View Authorizations”
Click the word “View” under Private Key
The number and letter sequences under Public, Private, and Merchant ID are your API keys. These are needed for us to integrate your Braintree account into your website so you can accept payments through your site.
