- Select “Calendar” in the Student Section of your CMS
- Click “Add Calendar Event”
You can change the category that the event will display in by using the drop down menu at the top of the page.
Enter relevant information regarding your calendar event such as Event Title, Date, Time, and additional information. You can also select whether this event repeats weekly, monthly or never.
If this is an event that is happening when the school is closed, such as a Halloween Party, be sure to select “Show Even on Closed Days” so visitors will still be able to see this event even if there are no classes that day or the event is outside of school hours.
Click “Save” after you have entered all relevant information.
Click “View your Website” in the upper right corner of the CMS. Navigate to the student section of your website and click “Calendar” on your Navigation bar to view your changes.
The event will show the description when you place your mouse cursor over the event on the Calendar.
